Hi Friends <3 I've just finished watching a video where Kevin encouraged us to find and share a scientific article regarding meditation. I found this one: Systematic review and meta-analysis of randomised controlled trials on the effects of yoga in people with Parkinson’s disease: Disability and Rehabilitation: Vol 44, No 21 and thought it was really neat that people are doing studies with this focus.
