Where does meditation show up in your day?

Hi everyone 💛 A question I've been sitting with this week: where does meditation actually show up in your day? Not the formal sit - I mean the small moments. Waiting for the kettle. The first few breaths before a hard conversation. A red light you didn't fight. For me it's been the walk to get coffee. Two blocks, phone in my pocket, just noticing things. It doesn't feel like "practice," but the rest of my morning goes better when I do it. Where does it show up for you?
