Final certification assignment

Hi everyone! It has been awhile! I am coming back to do the final steps in my certiification. Here are the answers to the questions:
1. Which meditation techniques were your favorites?

My favorite practices were Yoga Nidra, body scan meditation, and loving-kindness meditation. I especially connected with practices that invite me into deeper awareness of my body, sensation, stillness, and compassion.

2. How do you practice these techniques?

In Yoga Nidra, I allow my body to become deeply still while following the guided practice and noticing what arises. With a body scan, I slowly move my attention through different parts of my body and simply notice sensations, tension, or even numbness. With loving-kindness, I offer kind and compassionate thoughts first to myself and then extend them outward to others.

3. How do these practices make you feel?

These practices help me feel grounded, softer, and more connected to myself. They quiet some of the noise in my mind and help me listen to what my body is communicating without needing to fix or change it.
