Brett Cotter is our guest host on Sunday

Hi everyone,

I’m really looking forward to having Brett Cotter join us this Sunday!

Brett is a trauma recovery coach, suicide prevention advocate, and has spent many years helping people heal from deep trauma.

He works with veterans living with PTSD, people who have experienced the loss of a child, and others navigating grief, trauma, and life’s most difficult challenges.

If you or someone you care about has ever struggled with trauma, PTSD, grief, or thoughts of suicide, this is a wonderful opportunity to ask questions and learn from someone with tremendous compassion and experience.

I encourage you to take a few minutes before Sunday to think about anything you’d like to ask Brett. No question is too small, and your question may help someone else in our community as well.

I hope you’ll join us for what I’m sure will be a meaningful and heartfelt conversation.

With love,

Lori
