Asking for a friend... 😉

Hey y'all! I'm looking to get some clarification on a couple of things: Posting - I see the occasional double post and want to make sure I'm creating posts in the right groups. Should everything MTT-related go in MTT Sangha, and everything that isn't MTT-related go in Meditation University Sangha? Email - I've replied to several emails in the past and very rarely get a response. What is the correct email address to send questions/issues to? I struggle with anxiety over this issue (which meditation definitely helps me with). I'm a heavy communicator, and I'm always trying to make sure I communicate in the best possible way for whoever I'm working with. Successful communication rarely happens as much as we'd like. It's a subject dear to my heart. Anywho... I'll stop ranting now. May you be happy, may you be healthy, may you be safe, may you be at ease. All the best, Lee
