Giving Tuesday = ❤️

In place of the consumer "holidays" of Black Friday and Cyber Monday, we prefer Giving Tuesday : a day to give freely and from the heart ❤️ Meditation University and Meditation Magazine were created in order to make the world a happier place through meditation. I hope that this new sangha (spiritual community) will become an integral part of that: a thriving community where people can come together with love, kindness, spirituality and meditation 🙏 Please feel free to post comments, questions, thoughts, ideas -- we love you and welcome you and would love to hear from you ✨
